Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Wiggle Room Playrooms LLC (“Wiggle Room,” “we,” “us”) designs and builds custom indoor playrooms for families in Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando counties, Florida. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and, together with any signed service agreement, our services. By using this website or booking an assessment, you agree to these terms.
2. Assessments
In-person assessments are free and carry no obligation. An assessment gives us the measurements and information needed to prepare a design and a written quote. Any price discussed before a written quote is an estimate only; your binding price is the one in the written quote attached to your approved design.
3. Designs and renderings
We prepare design concepts and rendered images of your space so you can see and approve a design before we build. Renderings are design and approval visuals — they show the intended look, features and layout, but they are not architectural or construction drawings, and minor differences between a rendering and the finished build (finishes, exact dimensions, hardware) are normal. Your signed design approval covers the design, features and scope described in the accompanying written specification.
4. Booking, deposits and payments
A $500 design deposit, paid after your assessment, covers your design work and reserves your place on our build calendar; it is credited in full toward your project and is not a fee. Production payments follow the schedule in your service agreement: a production deposit that brings payments to 50% of the contract price at design approval, 40% at substantial completion, and the final 10% at walkthrough sign-off. A 5% discount applies if you pay in full at design approval; this discount does not combine with promotional (Beta) discounts. If your project start is scheduled more than 45 days after the agreement is signed, we will provide the written longer-start agreement described in Florida Statute §489.126. Financing, when used, is provided through Stripe by third-party lenders under their own terms; we are not the lender.
5. Scope and licensing
Our launch scope is non-structural finish work: wall-anchored play features, padded flooring, slides, ball pits, reading nooks and similar playroom installations. We do not perform structural framing, ceiling-suspended construction, or electrical, plumbing or mechanical work. Where a project or a requested add-on falls outside our scope or requires a licensed contractor, we will tell you before any work begins and, where available, offer it through a licensed partner or after the appropriate license is in place.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your home and your children’s needs, for safe access to the work area during scheduled visits and install days, and for any approvals required from your HOA, landlord or insurer. An adult (18+) must be present during assessments and install work in the home.
7. Safety and warranty
Our designs follow ASTM F1148 home playground guidance, with padded flooring matched to fall heights and anchors torqued and recorded. Every build carries a 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship from the walkthrough sign-off, plus a free safety check at month 11. Play equipment requires adult supervision; our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from misuse, modification by others, or normal wear.
8. Scheduling and changes
Install dates are scheduled in good faith and may shift for reasons outside our control (materials lead times, weather, illness). We will notify you promptly of any change. Changes you request after design approval may require a signed change order and may affect price and schedule.
9. Photos and reviews
We take progress and completion photos of our work for our project records and safety documentation. We will never publish photos of your home, your playroom or your family for marketing without your separate written release.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Hernando County, Florida, unless both parties agree in writing to mediation or arbitration first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is current as of the date shown above. Changes do not retroactively change a signed service agreement.
